It is not uncommon these days to find people asking for “gluten free food” in food marts. A lot of discussions are also being floated on various forums including social media. What is Gluten?

Gluten is nothing but a type of protein present in few grains like wheat, barley and rye etc. It provides consistency and elasticity to the flour, like a glue, when mixed with water.
